I should add “Shadow” to the list of nicknames that I call my dog. My dog is my shadow. He follows me wherever I go in my house…it never fails. It doesn’t matter where I go I can always count on Simba being up my heels. Simba is like a child in that aspect because my 1 year old is the same way. She just has to be wherever mommy is. I guess I have two extra shadows then huh?

If I close the door to get some privacy or peace and quiet, Simba let’s me know he is not having it. He will put his paws all up under the door practically begging for me to let him in. I think it’s quite hilarious. It’s amazing how much he communicates with me and he can’t even talk. We understand each other and have this unspoken language. I think it’s so cool. I love dogs!

Simba can forever be my shadow…I don’t mind. I think it’s awesome to always have him right by my side. He’s my bestie and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I will truly miss him when he’s gone so if he wants to stalk my life…I don’t mind one bit. I love my dog and wouldn’t trade his clingyness for anything in the world.
