Joia turned 3 months on August 13th. Each month seems to get here more quickly than the last month! Her personality keeps growing and it definitely amazes me. Just the other day she stuck her tongue out and I captured the moment with a photo. It was definitely a picture perfect moment and it reminded me of how fast she’s growing up! It’s like she discovers something new each day and I love to see her do it.

I haven’t seen a trace of any cradle cap since her last doctor’s appointment. We have consistently been using coconut oil on her head daily and it hasn’t came back! So definitely try coconut oil on your baby’s scalp if you baby has cradle cap. Coconut oil got rid of the cradle cap for us.

My Postpartum Update
My workout routine is still nonexistent LOL and I still have 3 pounds to lose to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I am still getting adjusted to the whole new baby routine. Having her has definitely changed my life in more ways than one! Working all day and then coming home and doing more work around the house and whatnot definitely makes one tired mommy! I’m also not getting all of my sleep at night due to Joia waking up once or twice. Even though she usually goes right back to sleep after I give her the pacifier or feed her…sometimes I can’t fall right back to sleep. I’m sure if I started a work out routine that it would actually give me more energy and I would be less tired. I just have to put my mind to it and do it! I set the goal for myself to have my flat stomach back before the end of December so I better get to work because I definitely have a pudge.
