Dear Santa Paws

Dear Santa Paws,

Hi, it’s Simba!  I’ve been a very good boy this year…err for the most part.  I’m sorry for all of the socks that I…err borrowed.  I can’t help it!  I really love socks.  Little socks, big socks, stinky socks, good smelling socks…I love ’em all.  They are so soft and pawsome to chew.  I returned them all and I promise to try my hardest not to touch ’em again…honest!  I think that was the most “bad” thing I’ve done this year.  Well maybe I took some of my human sister’s toys to play with, but hey they look so much more fun to play with than my own!  I also returned those and really most of the time she doesn’t even mind unless she’s in one of her “no, no, no dog, MINE!” moods.  We get along great though!  I love my sissy.  We cuddle all the time and run and play.   I hope you gots some wonderful presents for her under that tree.  She soooo deserves it!  I see a lot of Dora the Explorer wrapped presents so I’m sure she’ll be very happy.  She loves that Dora human child.  I even watch Dora with her sometimes.  She’s kinda cool I guess.  She sure does stare at us a lot asking us all kinds of questions that I don’t really care to answer.  What’s that about?  Kind of weird if you ask me.  Anyway,  I think I like that Bootz character better though because he’s an animal like me!

I’ve done some rather good things too.  I take cute pictures for my mommy in the clothes that she buys me.  I’m beginning to get even better at this whole pose for the camera thing.  I am also potty trained now so that’s no longer an issue of mine.  I mean I have accidents soooometimes, but what furkid doesn’t?  See Santa Paws, I’m a big doggie now!  I get along well with people.  I love to have company over and I also get along with other dogs.  I’ve made several furiends and human pals.  I also know how to behave when I’m traveling with my family and I visit other humans.  No coal for me right?  I’ll take dog bones instead.  That means I’ve been a pawsome doggie!

So yeah, back to what I’m wanting for Christmas Santa Paws…I really would like some new toys so that I won’t bother my sister’s as much….and some doggie treats.  I love to get treats!  My mommy hasn’t ran out of them, but I can never have enough!  Oh yeah, one more thing…I want my family to have a wonderful Christmas as well as all of my furiends and humans that read my blog!  I want them to get everything they wished for.  Please Santa Paws!  Us dogs are a little naughty sometimes (you humans included), but we’re usually little angels hehe.  Thanks Santa Paws!  This is my very first time receiving gifts from you (yeah, I’m a youngin’. I was born this year.).  I always hear everyone talking about it and all the prezzies!  Also I learned that giving is just as important as receiving and since I’m not allowed to buy anything I’m going to give tons of love to everyone!  Lots of wet nose kisses and licks are coming everyone’s way! I can’t wait until Christmas day!

P.S.  I promise I won’t bark when you come in and let everyone know that you’re here.  I mean like…you have a very important job to do so I’ll be as quiet as a mouse.  I’ll be waiting!
