The Eh Bee Family has taken over social media by storm and so many people love them! For those of you who don’t know, the Eh Bee’s are a positive family that spreads laughter to the world. The Vine stars have over 15 million followers and BILLIONS of views. Their hilarious Vine videos are responsible for their strong social presence. Their goal is to simply have fun and to make as many people smile as possible. I think they are definitely reaching their goal with ease! My husband and I had the opportunity to have a fun Skype interview with them to discuss their success, upcoming projects, and more!
Their latest partnership is with Flonase® Allergy Relief. The Eh Bee Family was challenged by Kellie Pickler and Flonase® to be greater than their allergies as they traveled south to some of the worst allergy cities in the U.S.

We had an awesome time chit chatting it up with the Eh Bee’s! We really appreciate the Eh Bee Family taking time out of their busy schedule for us. They are super cool and nice too! My little one was also apart of the interview. She was supposed to be taking her nap at this time, but I guess she wanted to meet the Eh Bee Family too! You parents know how life happens when you have kids. Oh well, she just made the interview just that much cuter and the Eh Bee’s didn’t mind at all. Who’s idea was it to start making Vine videos?
Eh Bee Family (Papa Bee): Yeah, well, it was my idea initially. We started around 3 years ago and fell in love with the simplicity of the Vine app. My daughter and I, we decided to make some funny videos…we started just making funny, goofy videos and at 6 months in started becoming more popular and that’s when we incorporated the whole family.
How do you come up with content for your vines and other social media?
Eh Bee Family (Papa Bee): Well, it’s everyday relatable everyday things that happen to us as a family, as husband and wife, we’re inspired by a lot of content we see online already, by a lot of popular music, like what we do with our kidz bop. We just contrast these parodies, these funny situations…what would it have looked like in the 50’s compared to what it looks like now and we just have fun with that.
Your latest partnership is with Flonase® Allergy Relief. Allergies can be really annoying. We have recently been dealing with allergies here in North Carolina. Today, You’re reconnecting with Kellie Pickler who grew up in NC and battles with Allergies as well to complete an allergy challenge she gave you guys. Can you tell us more about the challenge from Kellie to go on a road trip to conquer allergies?
Eh Bee Family (Mama Bee): Absolutely. Kellie Pickler and Flonase® Allergy Relief challenged us to be greater than our allergies. So myself and my son Mr. Monkey, we’ve had allergies. I remember seeing him sniffling when he was very very young and being congested at different times of the year, especially Spring and Fall and that’s when I realized oh no he had gotten his allergies from me. It was awesome to be able to partner with Kellie Pickler who is also an allergy sufferer and be able to travel the Southeast USA to many of the allergy ridden cities and experience things and really live in the moment which is really what we love to do as a family.

Give us the inside scoop on your upcoming projects.
Eh Bee Family(Papa Bee & Mama Bee): Woo! Well…we have a lot of traveling coming up…during the Summer months we get really busy. We definitely anticipate a lot more traveling….we can’t give away too many details, but it will include a lot of family time.
And just making the world laugh. We’ve had so much positive feedback from everyone who has seen us along the way saying that they love our family, please don’t stop making videos, you’re making me laugh during my dark times, my sad times, and so I think that’s what the world needs…more family, love, and laughter.
What are some secrets to your internet success?
Eh Bee Family (Papa Bee & Mama Bee): I would just say having as much fun as possible…not worrying too much about the numbers…have fun enjoying what you do with your family first before anyone else enjoys it…knowing that one person enjoyed it is a bonus…
And I think a lot of the things we do are relatable. For example, our husband and wife jokes, things between parents and kids…a lot of people say that’s me, that’s totally me, that’s my friend, that’s my friend’s mother. I think that’s why people love us because they see themselves in us.
How does it feel to go viral?
Eh Bee Family (Papa Bee): It feels amazing because we get to share that…the first time we went viral it was exciting…we were happy…more about the fact that we just know that we are going to make other people happy.
We have a YouTube channel where we vlog about our family life. Any tips for us?
Eh Bee Family (Papa Bee & Mama Bee): I would just say remain consistent with what you post. If you’re going to post every day, make sure you post every day and have.
…Don’t feel the pressure to turn on the camera…we have a lot of stuff as well that has happened with our family and those moments that you don’t want to vlog and I think that gets forgotten sometimes. So we have our private moments as a family, as a couple, and as parents. We respect that first, we respect the love we have for each other, but also we respect the relationship we have with ourselves and then we want to share that with the world. We want to show the world that there are happy families, there are parents having fun with their kids…the fun doesn’t end when you become parents, it actually gets better.
What’s your favorite vine that you’ve made?
Eh Bee Family (Mr. Monkey & Miss Monkey): My favorite vines would have to be kidz bop or dead husband walking. With dead husband walking I could totally picture myself saying all of those things and wishing there was a rewind button.
My favorite vine would probably have to be the New Years vine because…it was so fun to smash the bottle over my dad’s head. Just being able to go to the dollar store and get all of the supplies for one six second vine…it’s just so crazy how much time we dedicate to a six second vine and it’s so fun.
How has your life changed since Vine?
Eh Bee Family (Mama Bee): …When we go out people come up to us and say they love our family and they really appreciate what we do and we love that. We realize what an impact we have on people….parents, children, even grandparents watch us so we realized there was a need in the world for more family friendly content that’s safe for kids to watch…
We haven’t really played around with vine but we are thinking of making an account…any tips for new Viners?
Eh Bee Family (Papa Bee): Yeah, absolutely. I would encourage starting a vine and getting inspired by the different categories, experiences, and just having fun with it…Dads have done well on Vine.
