Weekly Pregnancy Update: Week 11

How far along am I?

11 weeks

How big is the baby?

The size of a lime.

 

How much weight have I gained?
None.

How am I sleeping?

I’m sleeping pretty good these days.  I tend to go to bed way earlier…I’m talking 8:30 or 9:00 PM.  My husband be like”…really? You going to bed now? This early?” YUP! Good night sir.

My best moment this week

The best moment this week would have to be going crib shopping and actually purchasing a crib!  We also picked out some Lion King bedding because it was just too cute and we couldn’t resist.  We both love The Lion King movie from our childhood days and still think it’s a pretty awesome movie.  We also felt that The Lion King crib bedding was neutral and it was a great choice since we don’t know if we are having a boy or girl yet.  The hubster put the crib together the same night we bought it.  I of course fell asleep on him while he was putting it together, but I woke back up towards the end.  The crib looks wonderful with The Lion King theme going on and it makes it feel just that much more real about Baby Chambers!

Do I miss anything?

I miss not feeling so tired all of the time.  All I wanna do is lay in my bed and sleep, but of course I can’t do that.

Food cravings?

WAFFLES & CHEESE GRITS & BACON! & cereal! Mmmm!

What am I eating?

I’m eating cereal, grits, waffles, fruit, bacon, veggies, chicken, veggie burgers, oven heated subs, sour candy, and pizza.

How do I feel?  

I’m feeling tired soon tired!  I feel like no matter how much sleep I get I am still so tired and sleepy.  I’m also feeling some aches and pains.

Have I started to show yet:

I have a little bump now 🙂

Am I happy or moody most of the time?

I’m happy and I seem to get a little more emotional these days.

What am I looking forward to?

I’m still pretty excited about hearing the baby’s heartbeat! I’m sure it will be music to my ears.  I’m thinking about buying my own doppler, but I will hear the heartbeat at my next appointment hopefully.
