How Does Simba Like Big Heart Pet Brands?

Simba absolutely loves to taste test so he was excited to try the Pup-Peroni Beef Flavor Dog Snacks and Milk-Bone Mini’s Dog Biscuits.  He has already tried various Milk-Bone products and he loves them so he was a fan of the Mini’s as well.  Simba also enjoyed the Pup-Peroni!  Simba loved the smell of all of them as he sniffed and devoured each treat and was waiting and wagging his tail for more.  He gives them all 4 paws up. He would have loved to try Milo’s Kitchen Chicken Grillers as well, but our local Walmart didn’t have anymore in stock…so they must be good right?  Maybe we will get to try them one day.  Have you ever tried them?  Let us know what you thought of them in the comments below! Tips and Tricks – Safety Tips for Dogs during Halloween!

We all would like to keep our dogs safe during Halloween right? Right!  I’m going to give you a few safety tips so you can make sure that your dog stays safe this Halloween and Halloweens to come.

1. Beware of Candy!
   Keep your dog away from all of the Halloween candies that will be coming through your door.  The Halloween candy is yummy for you, but could be toxic to your dog.  Keep all candy out of the reach of your dog.  Instead of letting your dog get into Halloween candy, let your dog get into his own treat bags of dog treats like Pup-peroni, Milo’s Kitchen, or Milk-bone dog treats!  I’m sure your dog will like these treats much more and they are safe for him too!  You can find all of these treats at your local Wal-mart.
2. To Dress Up or Not to Dress Up the Dog?
   If your dog doesn’t mind dressing up then go for it!  If your dog absolutely hates to dress up…then surely don’t make him dress up.  You don’t want your dog to be stressed out from wearing something weird that he absolutely hates and keeps trying to take off.  You have to figure out what works for your dog.  Maybe your dog doesn’t like things on it’s head, but is fine with wearing a Halloween bandanna or t-shirt type of dog costume.  Also make sure you choose a safe dog costume.  Make sure the costume doesn’t have anything that’s easy for your dog to take off and gobble up.  Always keep your eye on your dog when he’s wearing a dog costume.
3. Trick or Treating with a Dog
   Are you going to take your dog trick or treating this year? Awesome!  Make sure you keep your dog on a leash at all times.  This is not only for the safety of your dog, but also of others.  Unfortunately everyone doesn’t like to be around dogs and could be terrified of a dog roaming around without a leash.  Also Halloween can get pretty chaotic and you don’t want to lose your dog!
