Stuck in the house or need to take your mind off of things and need some suggestions of what shows to watch? You may feel like you’ve already seen everything on Netflix already and want to see what Hulu has to offer. Hulu has original shows and a lot of popular shows that you hear everyone talking about. Some of the shows I’m going to share with you have plenty of seasons to keep you occupied for a while. Some of the other shows may only have 1 season at the moment, however, this list of shows to watch should still help you out!

Little Fires Everywhere
This is a show everyone will be talking about so you need to add it to your list ASAP before you read spoilers on social media! It’s a show featuring a particular neighborhood set in the 90s. The focus is on two totally different mothers and secrets. Where there are secrets there is DRAMA!

Shoutout to Hulu for making the first 3 episodes of the show available early and getting us hooked already! This show will grab your attention with the very first episode! Little Fires Everywhere is based on the book by Celeste Ng. The first 3 episodes were so good that I had to purchase the book! I started reading the book already because I can’t binge the show since a new episode is only released weekly. If you’re a bookworm like me, you know the book is always better!
Wu-Tang: An American Saga
I love, love, LOVE tv series or movies about music artists. I’ve always had a love for music and seeing the story of an artist is just so interesting to me. If you love watching this type of content too, then I think you’ll love the Wu-Tang Hulu series especially if you have a love for hip hop and/or Wu-Tang. The series has been renewed for a second season!

Four Weddings and a Funeral
This show was recommended to me by my bestie. We are always letting each other know the latest shows we are watching so we can discuss them together. I’m glad she told me about this show because it’s pretty good so far and I’m only on episode 2!

It’s based on the movie with the same name which I’ve never seen, but maybe I’ll check it out one day. The show is about 4 American friends that reunite in London and it’s pretty much about their relationships and of course four weddings and a funeral. It’s a romantic comedy so if that’s your cup of tea, definitely add it to your list of things to watch.
The Handmaid’s Tale
This is another show that gets talked about A LOT. There are currently 3 seasons and it’s a must-watch! The show is about a society that has great injustice and suffering which you don’t even want to begin thinking about happening to you in this country. It’s scary because with how crazy the world can be you know that something like this could happen which is quite sad. It’s kind of hard to watch, but you can’t stop looking.
The show is based on the book The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood.

Castlerock
This show is a psychological horror series which usually isn’t my cup of tea! I would classify it more like a supernatural mystery type of series because it isn’t necessarily scary to me, but it is kind of creepy. The series is based on stories by Stephen King so you know it’s crazy and will definitely keep you thinking and watching. There are currently 2 seasons. I still need to catch up on season 2, but I really liked season 1!

Favorite Shows to Watch on Hulu Right Now
This is Us
This is Us is currently my favorite show! It’s a family drama series that follow the lives of a family and their 3 children. There is a good amount of flashbacks to when the parents first met and the kids growing up. Then there is the present day where the kids are now in their 30s and we are following along with their lives and relationships. Also, there is flash-forwards were we get to see them when they are older and how life has turned out for them. There are so many layers to this family and it’s so interesting to see how everything is connected.

This makes the show interesting and one of a kind. The writing is amazing and others need to take note! I have never seen a show done this way. It’s one of those shows that will have you in your feelings almost every episode and you can’t wait to see the next one. There are currently 4 seasons and the season finale just aired so you better go binge it before the new season is here.
Snowfall
If you like the show Power, you need to add this crime drama series to your list like right now. I’m on the fence whether or not it’s better than Power, but just know the show will not disappoint! The main difference in the two shows is Snowfall is set in LA in the 80s and it’s during the crack cocaine epidemic. It’s inspired by some real-life events as well. There are currently 3 seasons and it was renewed for season 4 which should be out sometime this year.

The Good Doctor
If you love watching medical dramas then The Good Doctor is a must-watch! This show will be a little different than your other medical dramas because the main doctor has autism. This makes the show more interesting because it follows the life of an autistic doctor that has his struggles with being autistic but doesn’t let that stop him from being the best doctor he can be. He’s so smart and it’s just amazing to watch! There are currently 3 seasons and it has been renewed for season 4.
