Simba and I are super excited to be a part of the family! For the rest of the year Simba is an ORGANIX® ambassador. Simba has never had an organically-certified dog food so I was super excited that he was able to be introduced to this brand of dog food. As a whole, our family is trying to eat healthier and our dog is definitely included! Castor and Pollux have such a wide variety of recipe offerings that it was kind of hard to decide on which recipe I wanted to introduce to Simba. I finally decided on the Chicken and Brown Rice recipe. I read really good reviews on this recipe and one owner even mentioned it helped her dog’s tear stains, which Simba struggles with on the daily.
About ORGANIX
is the leader in organically-certified and natural food for dogs. Their food is A1 because their recipes provide a complete and balanced nutrition for your dog. They believe to get the best out of dogs, you have to put the best in their food. All of the ORGANIX recipes are made with organic ingredients. Every recipe also contains omega 3 fatty acids to help maintain healthy skin and coat.
ORGANIX stands out from other natural pet food brands because the very first ingredient in every recipe is ALWAYS an organic free-range meat such as chicken or turkey. The dog food is thoroughly tested and their organic ingredients are produced without chemical pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, artificial preservatives, added growth hormones or antibiotics! No corn, soy, or wheat is used in any of the recipes. If you’d like an example of the all of the ingredients used in ORGANIX, view the Chicken and Brown Rice recipe ingredients below.

Simba’s Taste Test
We have transitioned Simba to the ORGANIX Chicken and Brown Rice recipe. He has been eating this brand of dog food for the past couple of weeks and he loves it! If Simba could give ORGANIX 4 paws up + my two thumbs, I’m sure that he would. He practically runs over to his dog food bowl as I’m pouring it in. I honestly haven’t seen him this excited to eat his dog food. Don’t get me wrong he’s always excited to eat, but he has a little extra pep in his step for ORGANIX.
I really like the fact that this food contains omega 3 fatty acids that will help maintain his healthy skin and coat. Simba’s an all white dog so keeping his skin and coat looking it’s absolute best is important to me. We have definitely been struggling in this department lately and I definitely think the previous food we were feeding him was a part of the problem. It can be very hard to keep a white dog’s coat looking gorgeous so I am glad that ORGANIX focuses on this.
With ORGANIX I know that Simba is receiving a perfect combination of protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. I love that Simba loves this food so much and he is doing so well on it. He has had no issues and hopefully as he continues to eat this food his tear stains start to become less noticeable. His paws are crossed! It’s good to know that all recipes are cooked in the USA at an organically certified kitchen. I’m all about Simba living a longer and healthier life with organic ingredients because I want him to be with us for as long as possible.

Simba is such an adorable spokesmodel! I’m not sure if our dog food is organic, I do avoid corn and try to add fresh food too. Matilda gets tear stains, or eye boogers, I think filtered water has been helping somewhat.

It is so cool that Simba is an ORGANIX® ambassador the rest of the year. I love the picture in your article of Simba licking his face while eating his kibble. He makes a great brand ambassador.
