Pawsome Find: Portable Pet House

You’re on the hunt for a portable pet house eh?  Well, you’re in luck!  Soooo many people have been commenting on Simba’s portable dog house saying how cute it is and want to know where they can get one from.  I’m finally able to tell you more about it and exactly where you can get your own portable pet house for your dog!

One day last year I was out and about doing some shopping.  One of the stores I stopped by was CVS.  I was not shopping for Simba, but I somehow ended up in the pet section anyway as usual.  The Animal Planet’s Pet 101 Portable Pet House caught my eye and I decided to take a look at it.  It was a very cute and simple dog house.  It seemed very easy to put together and very easy to take apart and put away.  It was also on SALE!  It was originally like $35 or so, but it was on sale for $20 so I bought it and I’m glad I did because Simba loves it!

It’s definitely easy to put together and take apart.  You can put it together in less than a minute just like the box says.  The house comes with three parts, the base, the house, and the roof.

All you have to do is open up the house, put the base inside, and put the roof on top of the house.  The roof has velcro on it so that it easily attaches to the house.

It’s very easy to take apart and store.  It’s very easy to take the house along with you wherever you go and it doesn’t take up much space at all once it’s all folded up.

Simba loves hiding out in his own little portable dog house.  A dog bed is nice, but this is different because your pet really feels as if he has his own little hideout and can have some time to himself if that’s what he wants.  Simba fits perfectly inside and he even likes to sleep in it too.  He also just likes to sit inside of it and look around at his surroundings.  This is also his go to spot to roll around in after taking a bath!  I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cute little portable pet house for their small pet or puppy.

Where Can I get a Portable Dog House?

As mentioned above I purchased Animal Planet’s Pet 101 Portable Pet House in CVS.  Check your local CVS pet section and you might be lucky like I was! However, remember that Simba had his house for about a year or more and it may no longer be available in CVS.  You can try searching online for a portable dog house or you can check out where to get the same type of portable dog house in various colors below. You have a cat you say?  From reviews that I have read online it seems that cats also love these portable pet houses!
