Oh how I love you so! Daddy and I were thrilled to see you wiggling around and throwing punches on the ultrasound screen. I even think you waved hello to us 😉 Daddy is calling you his little boxer, how cute! The spotting was really scaring me so when I first got into the ultrasound room I was pretty worried, but remained positive. We were so relieved when we saw you on the screen with your heart flickering away. Best. Day. Ever. You’ve grown sooooo much since the last time we saw you. This is so amazing. You’re moving and wiggling around in there so much, but I can’t feel a thing yet. I can’t wait to feel your presence. The ultrasound tech kept saying you looked like a teddy graham, isn’t that cute? My little teddy graham. She printed off plenty of pictures of you for us. We have enjoyed showing them to our family and showing the video of your ultrasound. Your due date has now changed from May 18th to May 23rd. May will be very eventful for us. May is our wedding anniversary and also your dad will be graduating from college! How exciting! Now that your due date has moved a little further…I’m not really worried about going into labor the day of your dad’s graduation! His graduation is early May so hopefully we are good. I want him to be able to walk across that stage and feel absolutely awesome. He deserves it.
Next week, we are going to announce to the world that we are expecting you in May 2015. We are so excited! Your dad is so excited that he wants to tell the world now, but I told him to wait until the day before Halloween as I’m wearing a shirt that says you’re coming soon to work on Halloween. It’s a beautiful shirt. Of course, I don’t think he can wait that long. The world will probably know Monday or Tuesday knowing him. He’s not very good at keeping secrets that he is REALLY excited about. For example, when he buys you something and you’re old enough to understand he has a surprise for you…he may just spill the beans before he shows it to you. He tends to do that sometimes. He’s so funny. I’m sure the world will love your debut. I can’t wait to tell everyone and I definitely can’t wait to see you my baby love!
