Ordering NomNomNow is super simple. All you have to do is create an online profile and tell them all about your dog. The food is cooked to order. Each recipe is certified by Veterinarian, Dr. Justin Shmalberg, one of the top pet-nutritionists in the USA. You will be sent individually packaged meals, perfectly portioned to meet your dog’s needs with FREE delivery every week. They are currently serving 9 Western states with national shipping in beta. We received 4 weeks worth of food at once because we are on the East coast, but Western states receive a weeks worth of food each week. Once you receive the fresh dog food with all natural ingredients you feed fresh meal packs 2x per day.

The order process went smoothly for me and it didn’t take long either. First, I told them all about my dog from his weight to his activity level. Next, I chose the type of food which is Chicken Wow Chow because Simba is used to eating some of the ingredients in that list already such as the chicken and sweet potatoes. I even had the option to add another dog to receive food for. Once all of the information is filled out, all of the details of the order are listed on the right side of the page from how much it costs to how often you’ll be billed. Meals are auto-delivered every week or month, but you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
I really liked that over some of the text boxes where you fill out some of your information there are little question marks. If you hover over the question marks it will tell you more information. You also have the option to email NomNomNow or call them if you have any questions as well. They covered all of their bases with being helpful while a customer is filling out the form. I was sent an email immediately after my order was finished which welcomed me to the NomNomNow pack and when my order would arrive. I was also sent emails periodically all about what happens next and more. This made me feel super prepared to feed Simba his new food before it even got to my doorstep! The dog food arrived right on time as the email stated. It was packaged up good and stayed cold with two ice packs.
