Happy Fashion Friday! Today we are featuring our furiend Sadie Shih Tzu!
Sadie is a Shih Tzu / Bichon mix. She is 4 years and 8 months old. She was born on the 4th of July! As far as fashion goes…Sadie likes to go naked. But the Canadian winters are extreme and temperatures can go as low as minus 50 with the windchill – colder than the North Pole. Not very dog-friendly! So for about four months of the year Sadie wears a sweater to go walkies. A friend got Sadie the snowsuit which looks far more appropriate for the weather in Canada. Sadie hates it and refuses to move in it. Her mommy finally managed to get her to walk a few steps for treats recently.
What a cutie! I’m sure that dog snowsuit will keep Sadie warm.
Mutts & Hounds sells beautifully crafted clothes, but since Sadie is so adverse to clothing her mommy never bought anything from them. Sadie’s friends also have a dog clothing company called Black Baron which sells pooch clothes made from recycled human clothing. Sadie has a gorgeous grey sweater and several t-shirts from them which have largely been gifted to her because she did some modelling for them.

Oh my gosh! That is so totally cute! Titan got a coat this winter and he loves it, well it’s one of the coat blankets but it does help keep him warm. Love the pic!

Sadie is beautiful, and her snowsuit is amazing! We are lucky enough to live in an area where we don’t need snowsuits, but if we did… that one looks just perfect!

That snowsuit is adorable and looks toasty warm. Cupcake wears sweaters and jackets to stay warm in winter, and dresses and shirts to make people laugh when she works as a therapy pet. When I put a dress on her, she gets happy and excited because she knows that she’ll be visiting her friends.
