Happy Fashion Friday! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Now it’s on to the next holiday, Christmas! Wow, this year sure has flown by don’t you think? I’ve been doing some Christmas shopping and I found some great deals on clothes for Simba on Black Friday and the day after. I got a coat for 50% off and a Santa Paws suit for $9! I also got the FREE pair of antlers from Petco with my purchase on Black Friday which Simba hates LOL. He only kept them on long enough for me to snap a few pictures and then he got them off of his head and into his mouth where they don’t belong! I tried taking a few more pictures of him with them on today which you will see later in the post.

The Dog Antler Bribe
I actually got Simba to take a few more picture in his dog antlers today! Of course he didn’t do it freely…I had to bribe him with a treat. I was able to try out my new camera that I received as an early Christmas gift from my wonderful boyfriend 😉 I love the camera. I think it takes pretty good photos. Let m e know what you think.
When I first bought the dog antlers I couldn’t get him to keep them on long enough for that great of a picture as you can see by the last Wordless Wednesday post. I got that picture from a quick snap and not giving him any treats. I guess Simba said he doesn’t pose for free! This is how it went…
*sniff sniff* uhm, what’s that? Looks like a chew toy to me!
Oh no, not this again. I don’t wanna.
Fine! I’ll take the picture if I can get a treat.
The last photo wasn’t good enough? Ok, how about now? I’m adorable right?

If your dog doesn’t like wearing all the cute holiday clothes maybe just maybe he or she will wear the antlers, but if your pet is anything like Simba you will definitely have to bribe your pet with a treat first!

I have so many Christmas hats – antlers, candy canes, elf hat, santa hat and more – mom likes me with hats 🙂 and I don’t mind wearing them.

Simba looks thrilled with the antlers! What a great face. I was annoyed that I couldn’t get to Petco on the day of the antler giveaway. Cupcake already has a couple of pairs, but it was the principle of the thing…..
