When I first started watching family vlogs on YouTube, I didn’t see too many black family vloggers. There seemed to be a lot of interracial couples, white couples, and other races, but not too many black couples vlogging their life. Don’t get me wrong, I love all types of family vlogs on YouTube, but of course, I wanted to connect and relate with others just like me too.
If you search for “black family vloggers” or “black youtubers” you will see that people are wondering where they at doe? I just came across a tweet on Twitter when we first started vlogging that said “There are only 3 black family vloggers on YouTube. We need more.” I saw comments like this ALL THE TIME. The truth is that there are a lot more black family vloggers out there than you think…you just have to search a little harder for them.
Meet The Chambers
My husband decided he wanted to start a family vlog channel a few years ago to capture our memories. He already recorded everything anyway so why not? Once we started vlogging and I began documenting my pregnancy journey, I came across a lot more black family vloggers and began to connect with them. There were way more black vloggers out there than I thought and a lot of new black family vloggers as well. Not many people know that they are out there unless they are an active part of the YouTube community. Let’s let it be known!

Black Family Vloggers
If you are searching for black family vloggers then you are in the right place. Black vloggers do exist and here’s a list of those that I watch on a pretty regular basis when I have time! I seem to watch more YouTube channels than regular TV these days and that’s fine with me. I love all the positive vibes from real families that I can relate to. There is a nice mix of black family vloggers below…some with children, some without children, newlyweds, married for years, hilarious, laid back, crafty, and more! These black families document their life on a regular basis. Some vlog daily while others may only upload a vlog weekly, on certain days, or on the weekends only.

Love this list I was feeling the same way when I made the channel I want to network with people that relate more to me, I love all the family vlogs but it comforts me knowing there are other black families leading the way for new vloggers like us. Found this awesome black YouTube family All Day With The Alis!!!! They are Christians, but they are so down to earth and funny. Skits, real life marital issues, children issues… I love it!
