Superheroes are a pretty big deal at my house thanks to my husband. He absolutely loves superheroes and he has the girls (myself included) hype about all things Avengers! Avengers Endgame is going to be THREE HOURS LONG and we couldn’t be more excited about it. Do you have your Avengers Endgame tickets yet? Some movie theaters are already sold out! We actually had a pretty hard time getting good seats for the Friday show. Avengers Endgame is going to be a pretty special movie event for the family. Since the last movie, we’ve all been waiting to see some of our favorite superheroes return. That vanishing act really had us SHOOK!
Avengers Endgame Predictions
Yeah, yeah, yeah. We all know that the heroes are going to win because they always do right? But HOW is the question. With the Avengers Endgame movie dropping this week, I’m sure that everyone has their own predictions and can’t wait to see what actually happens. This post has absolutely NO SPOILERS. I’ve heard that there are actually some Avengers Endgame spoilers out there already! Isn’t that crazy? Avengers Endgame movie directors actually shared a letter urging people not to spoil the movie. Some people don’t mind spoilers because they just can’t wait and others think spoilers ruin the movie. Which person are you?
There are some people that love to think about different theories and try to figure out what happens before it happens. Then there are others who just want to sit back and watch the movie for what it is. The hubs loves to come up with his own theories and predict what might happen. Here are our (mostly his LOL) predictions for Avengers Endgame.
Live by the Gauntlet Die by the Gauntlet
So let’s start off with the gauntlet which is the glove Thanos is wearing on his hand that he uses to kill off half of humanity. The gauntlet that Thanos risked everything for is going to come back and give him the karma he deserves. We are predicting that time is going to rewind somehow and everything will go back to normal with the time stone. Once the time is back to normal our precious superheroes will be back and we won’t have to mourn any longer! And of course, Thanos must die.
Hulk Smash!
Where’s the Hulk!? We are ready to see the Hulk smash! In Avengers Infinity War we all saw the opening scene where Thanos dominates the Hulk using the power stone. Hulk was caught off guard with Thanos’ power so he went into hiding. The Hulk needed some time to be prepared to battle with Thanos again sort of like how Creed did against Drago in Creed 2. We predict the Hulk is going to come back bigger and better than ever. There will be an epic battle scene of the Hulk vs Thanos which will have everyone in the theater on the edge of their seats.
Iron Man Outsmarts the Infinity Stones
We all know how smart Tony Stark aka Iron Man is! In previous Marvel movies, we see some clever gadgets that Iron Man designed to overcome different situations. We predict that Iron Man has already thought or prepared himself for this day. Iron Man basically stays ready so he doesn’t have to get ready! He is very aware of the power of the infinity stones by him using the mind stone and creating Vision. We are guessing that he may have already thought about the possibility of someone getting their hands on all of the infinity stones and how he could defeat them if that happened.
Unfortunately, in Infinity Wars there appeared to be some foreshadowing that Iron Man might die. From the scenes where he’s talking with his wife Pepper, she’s basically saying she thought he was going to be done with trying to save the world and have a normal married life. We predict that Iron Man could possibly risk his life to save everyone. Winning is the only option to Iron man. So he’s willing to whatever it takes to get the job done. We feel that he is willing to put his life on the line to make sure Thanos is defeated.
Captain Marvel to the Rescue
Most of us just got acquainted with Captain Marvel from her debut 2019 movie release. Everyone saw the ending credit scene of Infinity War when Nick Fury pages Captain Marvel seconds before he vanishes into dust. We were all skeptical about what she could really do to help until we saw her show off her amazing skills in her own movie which was set many years before Infinity War. We predict Captain Marvel will use her faster than light speed and energy powers to help defeat Thanos. Captain Marvel will not save the day by herself, but she will definitely be a huge help.
