Fashion Friday: Hoo Rag Review & Giveaway

Hoo Rag Dog Bandana - Bonedana featured

I was given the product(s) for free in exchange for a fair and honest review. I was not compensated for this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Happy Fashion Friday! Today we will be showing you the Hoo Rag.

Hoo What?

I bet you’re wondering what a Hoo Rag is. It is a bandana that is a seamless cotton-polyester blended micro-fiber that is light weight and moisture wicking. The Hoo Rag can be used to block the sun, dust, snow, and more. People also use them as a traditional bandana, a beanie, a headband and other creative ways. I don’t wear bandana’s, but if you like to wear them you definitely have a lot of options with the Hoo Rag to try out. People can get creative with the Hoo Rag and make a fashion statement in a variety of designs and colors. Click on the image below to get an explanation of the Hoo Rag and how people use it.

How to wear a hoo rag

The video below shows you exactly how you can wear a hoo rag:

Hoo Rags For Dogs

The lovely people at Hoo Rag sent Simba a Hoo Rag in exchange for a fair and honest review. We decided to try out the “Bonedana” dog bandana because it has dog written all over it…well, not literally, but there are bones and paws in the design!

Price: $14.95

Isn’t it cute? I like the color on Simba and I like that it has a doggie design. Simba didn’t mind the Hoo Rag being on him at all. It actually has a very nice silky feel to it. I put it on Simba with ease, but as you can see he is small and it fit a little loose which is fine because it was very comfortable for him to wear.

The Hoo Rag is so cool!

Let me give you a side view of this fashionable dog bandana.

Hoo Rag Dog Bandana

I’m loving this Hoo Rag! Feels lovely on my skin.

I decided to make it fit a little more.

Still feels good on my neck!

Oh yeah, I’m loving the tighter fit can’t ya tell? CHEESE!

Simba didn’t mind it being on his neck, but he sure hated it on his head and it looks kind of funny this way. We like it simply on his neck better. I thought it was funny, but Simba shook his head to let me know it wasn’t funny and he wasn’t having it!

Really mom!? I look ridiculous. That’s it, back away from the camera!

What do we think of the Hoo Rag?

We think the Hoo Rag will be a big hit for all the small and medium pooches! It might not be so great for the bigger dogs since you can’t really make it bigger if you wanted to do so, but you can make it smaller. This is a great accessory for a dog who doesn’t like to wear clothes. I don’t think the dog will mind the Hoo Rag because it’s light and feels good. It’s a pretty unique product and furkids and people can wear them. You could even make a fashion statement along with your pooch and have matching Hoo Rag’s!

Where Can I get a Hoo Rag?
